I woke up to birds chirping outside, and it brought such a serenity to my morning. Then I noticed these crows hanging around at work and I had to take their photo! As you might expect, they did not cooperate, so I was forced to appreciate them from a distance.

Perhaps I’m preaching to the choir, but nothing pulls me to the present the way that nature sounds do. Birds singing, leaves rustling, insects chirping – it’s all very grounding. I am grateful for the many ways we can use our hearing (and the rest of our senses) to witness the beauty in everything around us.
